ABOUT THE AREA
The property on sale is part of the Smallville Business Park located in Mandurriao, one of the three main commercial districts in Iloilo City.
The Smallville area is located along Iloilo City Diversion Road/Ninoy Aquino Avenue and functions primarily as a commercial/leisure center and is for the most part, the central nightlife and entertainment hub of the city.
